Failed to connect to server: Hostname not found

I get a "Failed to connect to server: Hostname not found. Make sure you entered a valid streaming server and your internet connection / DNS are working correctly" every single time I try to start streaming. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled OBS - have reentered my Twitch/Key reset, and gone through every fix imaginable online.

Yesterday, I streamed for 12 hours straight, just stopped from streaming and went to bed, after getting up today, do my daily basis and get back to PC to once stream again, I got this error. No changes in settings or anything related - same internet and everything.

-Changed Bind to IP in Advanced: Network settings

-Changed Servers

-Changed outputs

Oh look ! I'm from Argentina, I'm not sure which server it connects me to. But when I wanted to connect to the Brazilian one, he didn't let me either, according to what you gave me, Brazil is also disconnected.
