Failed to connect to server error

So basically for the past few weeks I haven't been able to stream at all using 2 different internet connections (One for streaming and the other for gaming). I just keep getting the "Failed to connect to server error". I have been able to stream while only on one and using the same settings each time. I'm not sure how much of the log you need but here's this.

Any Ideas? Anything else you might need from me to help get it fixed?

I had a win last night with the fail to connect error.
I logged into my modem via the browser and changed the firewall setting from “high” to “normal”. Not sure if this will help

Avoid using wireless for streaming. Not recommended. Use wired ethernet instead.
