Question / Help "Failed to connect to any servers..."

Good afternoon, I can record a stream just fine but I cannot connect to Facebook Live at all. I had been successful at connecting until Saturday afternoon (4/11/20) and have not been able to connect since.

Any helpful suggestions are appreciated. I have searched and tried everything I can find as a recommendation but to no avail.

You seem to be using "NortonSecureVpn" which is likely messing up your connection. Try uninstalling it.
 
I just turned it off and tried again with the same results. I also turned off Norton's SafeCam (even though OBS was whitelisted) and had the same result. "Failed to connect to any servers..." Any other thoughts?
 
Okay, I tried something different. I started a new Facebook and got the streaming key. Then I went into settings (bypassing the Auto Wizard) and executed a "select all" "delete" on the contents of the streaming key field and pasted in the new streaming key, hit "apply" and "OK" and then "start streaming." I then told Facebook "Go Live" and it seemed like it was going to work but almost instantly I got the message "disconnected. reconnecting" and then it just sits.
