I'm having issues trying to screen record on my system. I'm using OpenSuSE Tumbleweed w/Cinnamon. It's an all Intel system with a i5 13500 and an Intel Arc A770. When I try to start recording I get the following error:

I had OBS record (albeit it badly, but it couldve been my fault with the settings) on a previous instance of OpenSuSE I had on the system that I had to wipe, but now OBS won't record at all. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details.
Note : If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date.
