I need you help
I intended to set up the live broadcast as a youtuber.
And on twitch.tv I can broadcast live. But enough to live on the web youtube . It's a problem.
I tried to set up a program in a firewall. For allow app to communicate. every way.

I am having the exact same issue, unable to connect to youtube all of a sudden, was able to stream on youtube up until Sunday

I have this problem for about 5-6 months and do not think that via youtube and internet service provider. This will fix the problem.

Dropped frames/disconnecting/lag? Read this first! - this is about connection issues. Hardly you will find better help here, on the forum. Your equipment, ISP and destination service is the closest to the cause of the issue.
