Question / Help Facing video encoding issue on recording to udp

I have a browser source in which a video is playing. I want it to transmit over UDP to same PC where a using VLC player for watching a video stream.
but when I start recording (with default configuration) from OBS server nothing is displayed on VLC player.
and when change container format and the video encoder, the blurry(broken) video starts on VLC player.
Can someone help me out regarding encoder configurations what i guess there is a problem .
