Facial Recognition + Dual video inputs = switch scenes?

I'm using a multi-camera setup with dual scenes and will be switching between scenes often using hotkeys. I would love a way for OBS to automatically switch to the scene whenever I look at the relevant camera. Is this possible or do I need to do this in post production? If its in post, what software/addons would I need? Thanks!
