Question / Help Facecam causes fps drop (No it's not because it's a stressful addition)

My system is a gtx 1080, I7-7700K, GTX1080 with 16 gigs of ram. Anytime I have my facecam on in obs I drop from 144hz to 134 hz. I have dual monitor but they are both 144hz monitors. I have a little video here to demonstrate what I am talking about. Any advice would be appreciated. https://streamable.com/xshy6

This is my second posting after a month because the last time I posted I got no response but I'm still suffering from the issue.
