Question / Help Facebook streaming is really broken up/glitchy

Hi!
Facebook streaming is really broken up/glitchy - how do I make it smooth and clear please
Using on Desktop (tried live stream on phone, clear and smooth)

Have latest OBS update, Settings:
Stream: FB default
Output: 2500, software x264, high quality, Medium file size
Audio 44.1
Video 1280x720
