Question / Help Facebook Live with some errors

Hi there,

I'm using the program to stream in Facebook, worked very well, yesterday and today, but now I can't do anything. On Facebook I receive the message "Video signal lost", and I don't know that to do, because I have internet, everything is working the same, but this is happening.

Any help here? Do you need more information?
