Question / Help Facebook Live video bit rates for 1280 x 720

[SocialEyes Corporation]

We are consuming about 3.0 mbps combined audio and video upload bandwidth at 1280 x 720 (reported by the FB Live monitor page), with relatively static scenes, using VBR encoding at 2.5, max 10.0. This is using a Logitech C925e.

Is this rate of 3.0 about what one should be seeing, assuming an audio encoding set to 320 kbps in OBS? That implies a video bitrate of about 2.7 mbps.

if we go to a 1980 x 1080 camera, what's a reasonable bandwidth, again assuming relatively static scenes?
