Hello, I am trying to stream to Facebook Live. I get the stream key and put it in and save it. I start the streaming and I see streaming on Facebook Live Producer page. When I stop the streaming an error message comes up in the area where it was showing the stream and says "Sorry we're having trouble playing this video." I know it received the stream. I have changed settings but nothing seems to work. I would appreciate any help.
