Facebook live stream suddenly stops after 15+ minutes

Hi!
I have this problem: streaming on facebook and after aprox. 15-30 minutes the live stream is ended. I can't figure out why such behavior.
I noticed this messages in the Event window on Facebook:
Possible duplicate connection. Two different encoders might be using the same stream key
Possible duplicate connection. Two different encoders might be using the same stream key

Found this Facebook lives stream stop all the time between 25-35 min live. why? : obs (reddit.com) but I can't figure out what's the problem.
Can this be the cause? How can I fix it?
Any help will be good.

Are you using a FB Persistent stream key? that is generally not a security best practice. Have you tried changing your streaming key?
 
@cyclemat: I know how to upload a log, thank you. I will load the log later. Maybe you or any other member of the OBS community will help me and others to solve this kind of problem.

@Lawrence_SoCal: before running into this problem I used a stream key that changes every 7 days, but now I'm using a permanent stream key and I switched off on FB a setting that says turn off the stream if disconnected... or something similar. I did performed a check on all major settings on FB and OBS to see if something is different or wrong. For now at least it seems to be more stable than before. I will monitor the stream for a while and let you know.

5. No, only the fw/av included in W10P.

7. No, but the user is part of the Administrator group.
8. Yes.

10. Don't think so.
 
@cyclemat: High CPU load when streaming on both YT and FB. But, I have made some changes in OBS and changed some setting on FB and seems to work well, at least for now. I intend to use an RTMP server, but for now I'm running tests to see how well it will perform.

Me Too, But 10 minutes 1 time .
