Question / Help Facebook Live says we're "On", but nobody can see it!

Retooling our Facebook Live stream to OBS, watched multiple videos (which covered the same ground), followed all the protocols, inserted the key, hit the "Stream" button and could see the stream "Go Live" on the Facebook monitor, but nobody watching the page can see it. I'm sure it's a Rookie mistake, but I'm baffled.

If OBS doesn't show any error message I'd say it's some kind of problem due to Facebook (may be the privacy settings?), but I don't have so much experience with Facebook live
