Facebook Live problem

I've searched all the forums and cannot find help with my issue. My issue is when I'm using obs for Facebook live.. Streaming from a separate ip webcam via WiFi my streams never post to length I record. I record for a hour. I'll end up with 30mins.. Or 3 mins.. One time I got 48 seconds. Does anyone know why this happens? I have all my settings to exactly how Facebook wants them. I need obs to work because will fixes my audio from how I usually live stream. My old way left my audio coming out as mono and not stereo sound. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I believe the issue is the encoding. I haven't tried that option for 'vert fast' I've been having on medium which I've read works the cpu harder. I'm going to try this idea next. But also was looking for help to make there isn't anything else I could be doing differently to fix the issue.. I do experience lag.. And I do hear the computer working it guts out generally around 30mins.. But what breaks my theory is when I had played for a hour.. And posted only a 48 second recording.. I know the cpu was fine easily for that first 48 seconds
