Question / Help Facebook Live only shows small screen

I've tried every setting under the sun, and can't figure out what is wrong.
I have used OBS on Facebook Live for over 2 months, without a single problem. We run 2 webcams (Logitech C922).
Then a week ago, we started experiencing major lag problems. Before we figured out that it was a fault in our internet, one of the things I tried was deleting the obs settings folder. Obviously since the eventual discovery was internet issues, deleting that folder had no effect on the problem.
Once the internet was fixed, I deleted everything.....the webcam software, and OBS (including user settings when prompted by uninstall).
After reinstalling, something seems to be wrong with our settings.....
No matter what I've tried, the live video will only show in a small view while viewing the screen vertically. Until our problems started, you could view full screen LIVE broadcasts in landscape or vertical.

Any advise?
Here's the log. And I'm also uploading a screencap of my phone, so you can see what I'm getting.
