Question / Help Facebook live issues for the last couple of months

A couple of months ago, my church Facebook live broadcast has been really bad. We have tried obs on a mac as opposed to the windows computer and experienced the same problems. I checked out the download speed which averages 46.8 mbps. The upload speed is 11.86 mbps. The latency is 46ms. We tried changing the resolution from 1080 to 720 and it caused a different issue. What you see on the video camera is vastly different from what you see on the Facebook live. Plus we still had issues with the choppy sound and the video freezing and and not properly broadcasting. So we have halted our video livestreaming. We are not just recording the video and uploading later which is not what we want to do. We use Elgato HD 60 which connected from the video camera to the computer. We even tried wirecast to see if it worked bettter, and it did not. https://obsproject.com/logs/DTIT8Liu69BWpIhYe So at this point, I really don't know what to do. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Your log shows you're saving a copy of the recording when you stream. Does the video recording look OK?

The video that we recorded was bad also. We bought a new Elgato hd60 s and it helped. However, now we are having trouble getting the sound from the sound board as opposed to from the video camera or the desktop. I’ve messed around with the settings so much that I don’t know how to fix it.
