Question / Help Facebook Live, failed to start recording

Using Windows 10, OBS cam app on iPad Pro via USB as vid/aud source, used correct stream key & tried using server url that FB live gave me, and also just using the "facebook live" setting for server. Neither worked. Used admin login and non-admin login. This log is when I used admin login + FB server URL that they supplied. If anyone can decipher this log, would love to know how to fix the error of not being able to stream or record.
Thank you!

Hi there,

Did you install VLC ?
I think NVENC is a vlc Nvidia hardware video encoder.

Update your Nvidia drivers. You are using one of the oldest cards that has the NVENC feature at all. I believe it's still supported for use with NVENC and OBS, but you need to be using the latest available driver for it.
