Facebook Live Error: The RTMP server sent an invalid SSL certificate.

I have tried to do live streaming via Facebook live and OBS failed to connect to server with the message: The RTMP server sent an invalid SSL certificate. I tried to change google settings, clear all SSL certificates, change date & time but still get this message. Below is my current OBS log:

Windows is updated. But, I read that updating your default browser fixes this. Not sure if it will actually work but you got nothing to lose if you try...
