Facebook Live audio out of sync in iOS? (2020 Update)

Hi! We have done several live streams on our Facebook page during 2020, and everything has worked out fine. But now, in sep-oct 2020, we have discovered that the audio on published live streams suddenly is out of sync. But it seems that this only happens on iOS devices?! Anyone else having the same problems?

We have noticed this on iPhone and iPad devices (with the most recent iOS and FB app updates as of 2020-10-14). On Android, PC and Macbook, the audio is in sync and looks perfect. Could it be a problem in the newer versions of iOS that's causing this?

Here's and example, the audio is out of sync on iPhone but not on my Windows PC:

I don't know specifically.. so you are warned
But as a basic troubleshooting, I'd go to Facebook video library on a PC and watch (and/or download video). If audio in sync, then issue is a Facebook iOS app issue, and you'd need to take that up with Facebook

Just in case FB messes something up, I record our livestreams locally for a clean, higher resolution/bandwidth video
