F13 - F24 can't be bound on their own?

Howdy. I have my keyboard set up in such a way that my Caps Lock key is rebound to F13. I want to set my F13 key to Save Replay on the Replay Buffer, but it doesn't want to get bound on its own. I can set it to CTRL + F13, or Shift + F13, but F13 on it's own does nothing in the Hotkey settings menu for some reason. Updated to OBS 32.1.2 to try and fix it, but no dice. Any ideas?
