Question / Help F.E.A.R - FPS hiccups while trying to record with OBS

I have no idea why I am having this issue. I am able to record Battlefront 2 on ULTRA settings at 2k in 60 fps with no problem... but F.E.A.R a game made is 2005 is stressing my computer so much that there is stuttering in the fps during gameplay!?!??! My Specs should be absolutely overkill to record this game without having fps drops. I7-7700k, 16 GB DDR4 Ram, Nvidia GTX 1080. Any help would be much appreciated. PS.- My video card Drivers are fully updated and ive tried the Dinput fix.
