Question / Help EZCap problems I have

So i bought an ezcap on the internet and try to use it with OBS, but when I add it everything works, except the screen is green and pink and glitchy. I saw on the internet that it could be edited in configure crossbar or something, but clicking that button does absolutely nothing.
Could anyone help me please?

The configure crossbar just brings up whatever settings came with the webcam and its driver. So if your webcam driver has a utility where you can configure settings, it should open that.

I dont know what driver I have, you know a way how I could get a driver in which i can configure the crossbar and how do I do it?

The driver would have either come with the camera, or have been built in to Windows if it didn't come with its own driver.

When adding the camera source to OBS as a video device, you need to choose settings that the camera supports for resolution and framerate. If these values aren't supported by the camera, you'll either get no image or a distorted image.

If altering the settings for the camera inside OBS does not provide a proper image, then you need to get support from the camera manufacturer to see why their software or their driver does not work. I don't have any EZCap devices so I don't have any personal experience with them to relate, nor can I try and replicate your issue myself. Sorry.
