Question / Help EZCAP 280

Hello everyone,
I'm using OBS to stream and wanted to connect my PS4 to my laptop. I purchased a EZCAP 280 and, seemingly, it only will write to a USB stick. I bought a USB to USB cord to see if I can get it to write to my laptop or at least be reconized as a video source. Neither has happened. It only recognizes the micro drive of the USB cord which just has software to bridge to USB ports. Has anyone used the EZCAP (HDMI Version) to stream live via the USB port on Windows (7)? I assumed there may be a driver to install and maybe somehow lock it to a particular USB port, say the one I'll plug the capture card into, and then it'll read it....but I'm not sure. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey man i also have this same poblem, there is no technical support or anything on this product at all. I have tried youtube and everything. If you have found anything out at all help would be greatly appreciated.

OMG! Same issue. I have scoured the internet and just can't find ANYTHING! And like Andrew said, there is absolutely NO tech support. If anybody finds anything out then please don't forget to share.
