Question / Help EXTREMELY LOW FPS while streaming

I've got like fixed 10fps while streaming of 1080p while anything above 10fps.
Even while using 10fps i've got only 20+ fps in game which i would normally have min 40fps(Altho this is already a very low fps for my specs).
Already tried any combination of 1080 60fps to 480 10fps but it still lag my game.

i'm using an MSI laptop GE60 2QD:
NVIDiA GTX960
CORE I7-4720HQ @ 2.60GHz (I remember it was turbo boost 3.4ghz while i bought it)
12gb ram

anyone would know a possible solution to this?

the 3rd log is when i streamed the most smooth with 1080 20fps, but still got 20+ fps in game

sorry because i was in another kind of older post which i found in google, i've found the log file
