Extremely Laggy recordings after installing new graphics card. Please help!

Since coming from a rtx1070ti to a rtx3060 everything works well except obs. Had no issues streaming before what's changed now? during the recording everything seems fine but when I playback what I recorded its choppy and laggy game capture and webcam. Any ideas?

Run OBS as admin
Did you update your driver or remove the old then reinstall
