Extremely laggy playback in Far Cry 5, why?

Hello,
so my computer is pretty good and I don't have any lag or other issues whatsoever in any games I play. Including, obviously since it's kinda old now, Far Cry 5. However when I screen record (not streaming) the preview window is very choppy, and the video itself is as well. Like completely unusable, it's like 2 FPS.

The game doesn't lag.
This issues is only seen on Far Cry 5, not on the other games I frequently record.

Please help!

Please review and follow directions and recommendations on the analyzer:

Also, the amount of RAM reported is wierd.
11:24:41.484: Physical Memory: 49065MB
Normally you'll spect to see it in increments of 8, which leads to belive it could be a faulty RAM. Or that you added 2 different types and sizes of RAM that end up causing issues.

Adding to this:
11:24:41.490: ESET Security: enabled (AV)
Most antivirus suits are intrusive enough to cause troubles. As long as you have safe behaviour with your computer and online with the windows security suit is more than enough.

Some times the actualization of the GPU driver don't go as well as you may want and causes issues too. For this you can use the in installer option to perform a clean install or use the alternative more in depth clean install:

Monitor capture to capture games isn't recommended either. You should try game or window capture.
About CS2 (CS:GO)
Valve has implemented a Trusted mode which does not allow OBS to hook CS:GO using Game Capture. Read more in their announcement post. Additionally, they have no plans on allowing OBS in Trusted mode.
You will need to run the game in either windowed or borderless fullscreen and use Window Capture instead. Alternately, you can launch the game with -allow_third_party_software .
