Question / Help Extremely laggy and low Record-Framerate - even with minimal Quality

I'm completely at the end with my knowlege. I'm trying to fix OBS for at least 12 hours right now and it's only getting worse and worse. The problems started with the installation of my new 27" 144 Hz Monitor from Dell, but I can't figure out, if there is a direct causality.

All my recorded video files are laggy as hell. They seem to be at 10-20 fps, but I'm playing without any problems at > 100 Hz, G-Sync and no lags ingame. I have changed EVERY option, tested EVERY codec in EVERY thinkable quality setting, but the framerates won't go up (or only a veeery little bit), even if I lower the resolution from 2560x1440 to 1920x1080 or even 1280x720.

I made >200 test videos and the f*cking problem is absouletly unclear.
Before the new Monitor and with a smaller native resolution (1920x1080) everything was halfway fine.

For the record: Shadowplay from nVidia runs smooth as hell at 60fps, but there is no way to use a nice, not-lagging webcam overlay and splitted audio channels and NVENC doesn't seem to have ANY impact in OBS.

My setup:
Intel i7 - 7700 k, running at 4.3 GHz
2x nVidia GTX 1070 SLI
32 GB Ram
1 TB Samsung EVO 850 SSD
Dell 27" S2716DG Monitor

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?????

Why are you not using simple mode and the recording presets? Your settings are terrible.

Do you have the logs from that session? Quality seems fine, but looks like you're overloading your PC. Change the encoder from Software (x264) to Hardware (NVENC) and set the quality to Indistinguishable Quality
