Extremely high saturation and screen fit issues with full screen apps

So I started to record with OBS after a couple of months and all the sudden I start getting issues.
1. screen fitting problems, my first issue was with screen fitting. I would tab out constantly to align the footage and this happened
1645742168272.png

it just filmed the top left corner of the screen
2. Saturation issues, now I'm very annoyed with OBS and go to record something else and bang

The footage becomes bright and over saturated af.
please help me (Windows 10 and 11 with 2060 super and 3050 ti RTX graphics cards)
