Question / Help Extremely high GPU usage...

I just bought an i7-8700k. Brand new computer; fresh Windows 10 install. I don't play games on this PC; I use it only for streaming through a Magewell Quad capture card. Because of this, I did not put a video card in this.

Now in my scenes, I have 3 video inputs (one with chromakey), 3 browser sources, and several images. Now, just having OBS open (not streaming/recording yet), my GPU usage is at 80%. Is this normal?
 
Higher GPU usage is a good thing, it means nothing is stopping the GPU from performing at maximum to give you the highest FPS its capable of ! 80% seems to be ok for me
