Question / Help ExtremeCap U3 don't support AMD?

As title says. Does this device not supporting AMDs?!
Requiraments saying all about Intels, nothing about AMD.
So, my problem is -
1. Can't even do Diagnosis, because it says

BUT I DONT USE IT! RECentral is not opened and other apps are closed... So wtf?

Drivers are installed fine, see below

Second thing

Before I reinstalled system, I had installed, passed Diagnosis with max positive, but had NO SIGNAL. Turned on xb360, plugged hdmi to U3 but no signal in RECentral... Am I sure I turned on xb? Well, I switched hdmi to live gamer hd and it worked properly, I HAD signal...

So - Do I have to change my CPU and motherboard to intel?

I have FX 6300 and ASRock > H61M/U3S3
