So im new in streaming, I've always wanted to stream because im a hardcore gamer and like Commentaring , playing with friends and stuff. But i mostly play fps games like Battlefield 4 & mostly cs:Go.Sometimes LoL.
So i've tried fiddleing with the settings and using guides and stuff but i always the same problem. The stream itself stutters like hell and sometimes just freezes for a few sec.
My Specs
Windows 8 64 bit
Intel Core i5-3450 @ 3.10Ghz ( Ivy Bridge )
8 gb ram
Amd Radeon Hd 5700

My upload speed is close to 1mb/s , like 0.8-0.9
I've tried few settings but what im trying as now is
Max Bitrate 850 ( Recommended by the obs website, i've tried up to 3000 )
Buffer size the same
Use cbr on , Enbale cbr padding on
Server Eu Amsterdam, ( I live in iceland )
Resolution 1440x900
Process Priority Class Normal
Scene buffering time 400
x264 Cpu preset : Veryfast
x264 Encoding profile : High
Keyframe interval : 2
Use Cfr ON
Latency tuning factor 20
Bind to interface Default.
So my games wont drop in fps, but the stream will always stutter, any helps or suggestions ?
