Extreme loss in video quality recently while live streaming through Zoom into Facebook Live

Hello everyone,

First time posting so I would like to start by saying thank you to all who have taught me through their responses to others!

Here is my challenge:

I have been using OBS (25.0.8) for some time now without any noticeable loss of quality in video until the last two weeks. For the past 4 weeks we have been pushing the capabilities more than normal but for the first couple weeks we did not have any issues. My gut tells me that the problem with my newly super fuzzy video feed is due to the new settings in Zoom for the "Touch Up Screen" option or the "Low Light Correction" settings.

Has anyone else experience this same issue?

Here is a time-link to the crappy video: https://www.facebook.com/Spotycus/videos/1236252573400221/?t=199

This is a link in the same video where it seemed to clear up a little bit: https://www.facebook.com/Spotycus/videos/1236252573400221/?t=800

If this helps my computer is Dell Desktop running an Intel i7-6700 CPU @3.40 GHZ | 16 GB Ram | With a very strong wired Internet connection. I have business level services with Spectrum and I am the only computer on the system.

I try to close anything and everything I possibly can before I go live, but I was using Skype to pull in my co-host's video into OBS which was then sent fed into a Zoom webinar using a virtual camera. Finally, I used Zooms Live stream function to go live on Facebook. We do it this way because wehave people live in Facebook and live in Zoom each week. We did ask and the video was fuzzy in both Zoom and in Facebook live.

Thank you in advance!!

PS... I figured out how to add captions without any add-ons if anyone wants to know more about that!!
