Question / Help Extreme Lags

Get a better CPU. Seriously, there's no magic settings that will make that one run well. It's a super-budget chip that works OK for gaming due to a decent per-core clockspeed (since most games only use 1-2 cores at most) but real-time video encoding needs a LOT more power.

QSV isn't free. Also, the GTX 200-series have memory controller speed issues; I had a GTX260 that caused MASSIVE problems. The only fix is to get a different/newer video card.

You'd also need to post a logfile for us to be able to suggest any settings changes. But really... that system isn't going to be able to do much regardless of settings. It's going to have problems, because it's cheapest-possible parts. Great for a workable budget gaming rig, but insufficient for streaming. Sorry.
