Hey, recently i've been having an issue with obs streaming and replay buffer .. the footage is laggy but when i'm playing everything runs smooth ... Also , I tried to use plays.tv for the replay function and it still does the same thing. (it lags whenever I do anything .not related to any game or anything)

I've been constantly trying to change settings but nothing helps , maybe its a problem in my pc .. would love to get some help . =D
