Hi all. Sorry formy english.

i got an issue with OBS.

PC Specs:
Mainboard: ASUS ROG Strix Z390-F Gaming
CPU: Intel Core i9 9900K (Watercooled)
Speicher: 64GB DDR4-3200 Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro (4x 16 GB)
Grafik: 2 x EVGA RTX2080TI in SLI (Watercooled)
Monitor: MSI QHD 144Hz
Connection: 1000Mbit DOWN / 50 Mbit UP
Using NVENC.

As soon as i start OBS,the game runs fine, but in OBS the Preview is lagging. The Stream is lagging too. And so the Recordings are.

1. Scenario: Playing Modern Warfare with OBS open. No Stream, No recording
When i Play (no recording, no streaming) and start OBS, the little Stats windows tells me, there are nearly no skipped frames. 60FPS as i set. But the Preview Window in OBS is LAGGY as hell.

2. Scenario: Playing Modern Warfare with OBS open.Just recording
Same as scenraio 1.

3. Scenario: Playing Modern Warfare with OBS open.Streaming (no recording)
Still Laggy, little Stats Window telle me, that there are nearly 20 skipped Frames.

Why is that?

I attached 3 log files. one for every scenario.

i tried all Turorials i found so dont get confused about the settings i made. i tried them all.

First of all, can you provide your pc specs such as your GPU, CPU, your Hz rate? If your Hz rate (refresh rate) is 60hz, you gotta change the fps in the video tab to 60, if it's 30hz, change the fps to 30. I'm not sure whether you're using 30 or 60, as I'm new to reading logs, but yeah. Also, it says you have 2 memory leaks which make you lag/ lose frames, and it also shows that you have like 7 scenes with like 30+ total sources. That is seriously taxing, and you even have some filters on some of them. The disabled when inactive is off, so every single source is running even when you're not showing them. I would recommend deleting some of them or disabling them if you don't need them, as they make a lot of lag.

14:23:52.433: Loaded scenes:
14:23:52.433: - scene 'Start Screen':
14:23:52.433: - source: 'Start Intro Video' (ffmpeg_source)
14:23:52.433: - scene 'Among Us (SideCam)':
14:23:52.433: - source: 'Among Us' (group)
14:23:52.433: - source: 'Among Us Game Capture' (game_capture)
14:23:52.433: - source: 'Among Us Background' (image_source)
14:23:52.433: - source: 'Among Us Logo' (image_source)
14:23:52.433: - source: 'Kamera Logo Shape' (group)
14:23:52.433: - source: 'Dummy Webcam Scene Logo Shape' (scene)
14:23:52.433: - filter: 'Bildmaske/‐vermischung' (mask_filter)
14:23:52.433: - source: 'Kamera Overlay Logo Shape' (ffmpeg_source)
14:23:52.433: - source: 'Alerts' (browser_source)
14:23:52.433: - source: 'Instagram' (ffmpeg_source)
14:23:52.433: - scene 'Phasmophobia (SideCam)':
14:23:52.433: - source: 'Phasmophobia' (group)
14:23:52.433: - source: 'Phasmophobia Game Capture' (game_capture)
14:23:52.433: - source: 'Phasmophobia Background' (image_source)
that's about a fourth of all of the scenes and sources examples.
And also, do you really need to stream at 2560x1440 and downscale to 1920x 1080?
I personally would make them the same, and your fps is wrong. Whatever you are using in the video tab in the fps, if it is already 30, change it to 60. If it is 60, change it to 30 fps, because in the log, it is at one point showing either your hz rate or your current obs fps usage (I dunno which one is which), but later says the opposite.
I also recommend using CBR instead of CQP, as CBR is for streaming and CQP is for recording.
I hope this helps a little at least, but this is for the third log for the Modern Warfare stream

wait I'm stupid. you stated your specs above. I didn't see it.
the common fps value in the video tab should be 60hz
EDIT: Also, in the output tab, change the output mode to advanced and change stuff from there as there are more options.

Everything is at 60Hz.:-)

When i testet earlier, it was better, when starting as admin. But i am sure i tried this yesterday and it did not fix anything. Will test this on sunday again. I now set "Deactivate when not visible" to all of the Sources. That is what you meant? Right?

So tested a bit more. No its still bad. As soon as i stand still in the game, the Video Quality in Stream is perfect. When i start moving around, the Quality gets very very bad. Looks likle 640x480 then, not like 1080p60 :( Any ideas?
