Question / Help Extreme lag whilst recording.

I have just downloaded OBS to record some Game footage however it is not going well. :(

Once I had installed it, I left OBS at default settings. When entering the Setup Wizard I used 60fps.
I recorded some Minecraft Gameplay however when I played it back it was awful! There was so much stuttering and
lag which I didn't have whilst I was playing the game. Could somebody find a solution for me,

RAM: 16gb (I don't know how much is dedicated to OBS)

Try turning off psycho active tuning. Two new features in the new NVENC encoder can potentially cause GPU load, where normally this is not the case.
