extra low streaming rates even with high internet speed.

We had a problem streaming. Everything seemed to be working fine but when we clicked to start streaming the data rate showed 0kb or 50kb even though testing the connection speeds on the device and on other devices were around 80Mb down and 10Mb up. I can't figure out why it would be any different.

Log file attached. Any help is appreciated.

Your connection is insufficient for streaming. Please bear in mind that speed tests check the PEAK speed, not the minimum throughput (which livestreaming relies on). Speedtests are like jumping and touching as high as you can on a wall, versus standing and measuring to the top of your head.

You also appear to be streaming over wifi, which you should NEVER do. Run a cable. Wifi is EXTREMELY susceptible to interference, which can cause major problems with constant high-throughput applications like sending a livestream.

If you are streaming to Twitch, you can use R1ch's Twitch Test Tool to check your connection quality score. Unfortunately there is nothing similar to check YT or FB. You want a Quality score of 100.

we were connected by cable but weren’t getting anything through while our connections by WiFi were high speed like normal. All other internet activity was near instantaneous. It was only the streaming that had the low throughput.
