I usually record in lossless rgb mode when I use Dxtory. My problem with Dxtory is the lack of settings.
OBS's ffmpeg versions of codecs are not cut out for me. When I set my output to lossless and color to RGB, the cpu usage is higher than when I use Dxtory with Utvideo vfw codec. This results in more freezing and/or dropped frames especially for mid to low end computers. I would then like to request for the ability to select external vfw codecs.
