Hello everyone.

Could you recommend some external capture card compatible with OBS, USB 2.0, with hdmi in, 1080p and no lag for games?

Thank you all.

There is no such thing, sorry. If you have access to USB 3.0 (on an Intel or Renesas USB 3.0 controller, this is very important), you should consider the Micomsoft XCAPTURE-1, which has a number of inputs (including HDMI) and passthrough for all of them.

You can check out the device here: http://www.solarisjapan.com/xcapture-1- ... ture-unit/

It is a Japanese device, but the driver settings are all in English, and it is compatible with OBS.

That would actually be incorrect, the elgato capture device is currently the only known capture device that works properly with OBS, USB 2.0, because they decode their own signal.

USB devices are going to be supported in a future update which I'm working on, but it's taking a long time because it's a part of the major refactor.

Jim, I think you missed the part with "no lag for games"... Or am I incorrect in that the video feed from the Elgato is always delayed by approximately 1.5 seconds no matter what?

Ah, my apologies, there is no USB 2.0 device that won't have a delay (if that's what you mean by lag). USB 2.0 does not have sufficient bandwidth to be able to present an image without significant delay (usually 2 seconds of delay).

There are cards like that, but they are not cheap at all...like, $1000 or more. You'd be better off buying 2 consumer-level cards, more likely. If all you're capturing is HDMI In with no need for passthrough, then the Game Broadcaster HD might be a good choice.
