Recently I had an issue with dropped frames. First thing I came across was the "****Dropped frames/disconnecting/lag? Read this first!****" thread. I tried everything from asking my ISP, checking firewalls, other computers in network, eventually giving up on it each time I found no solution. Than after 3 months I had an idea to kill each process on my PC and check if any of them are killing the stream. It helped, first try.
You mention the "network enhancement" programs in the thread. What would had really helped me is having a list of those potential programs. Just have another thread linked, where you keep the "This programs might collide with OBS" list, so next time I (or anyone else :)) can just check if I accidentally don't use some of those and get the help really fast.
