if i don't have to edit my videos,is it still convenient to export my videos in a editing video program? or is it superior the source quality of obs record? thank you in advance!

The fewer times the video is re-encoded, the better. If you don't need to edit them, don't export them from an editor; that will only degrade the quality.

is there a way to add fade-in and fade-out on my video directly in obs recording? it's the only editing that i make on my content

You could have a scene with nothing in it, and start he recording on it, and switch to it before you end. If your webcam (if applicable) is a global source, you should get a quickfade.
