Question / Help Experiencing some lag issues

Current settings atm isn't dropping frames for Hearthstone. But it may lag at some point which is the issues I might have. Also if I want to do display capture to get rid of black screen what would the settings be?

Don't use preset "fast". Streaming in 1080p with a laptop CPU on fast is savage.
Either you go 720p with fast preset or take a faster preset for streaming in 1080p.

I would also recommend giving OBS more bitrate (of course only if you have it available). Maximum is 6000kbps.
