Experiencing glitching/screen flickering only when streaming.

So, I've been dealing with this issue for some time now when trying to stream to Twitch and it has driven my streaming to an absolute stop until I can get this figured out. First of all, I'll give you my specs:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700HQ CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
Nvidia Geforce GTX 860M
64 bit operating system
16 GB RAM
1 Terabyte HDD

Internet Speed is above 90 mbps for both upload and download with ethernet connection. I have tried streaming using ethernet and Wi-Fi both, and interestingly enough, the glitching/screen flickering only happens when I am streaming with a wired ethernet connection. If I try streaming through Wi-Fi there are no issues (except for significant framerate drop, which is why I want to get the ethernet working if I can).

I have tried upgrading my ethernet cable without success. Any advice would be very, very much appreciated as I have exhausted all other options for troubleshooting this issue.

I will say this much: I was finally able to find a work around. It allows me to stream without this issue, however, it would still be nice to eliminate the issue altogether. The work around is that if I start streaming without ethernet plugged in and without the power cord plugged in (it is a laptop), and only after beginning the stream plug both back in the issue is gone for the rest of that stream. As you can tell, the work around here is quite complicated.

I will attach a link to a video showing the issue: https://imgur.com/a/tOStbmN

I know this is 1 Year Late, but I had the same problem recently and this worked for me In StreamLabs OBS.

1) Open Obs
2) Go To Settings
3) In Settings, Go To "Advance" Tab
4) Scroll Down To "Network" Section Of The Advance Tab
5) With Your Ethernet Plugged In, Go To "Bind Your IP" And Choose "[Ethernet] With Your IP Address"
6) Check All Boxes Below That

It's worked for me after tearing my hair out with HUNDREDS of youtube videos and forum posts that didn't work. Hope this helps
