Experiencing Constant Bluescreens During Recording

I've been using OBS to record gameplay footage for years now, and over the past few weeks, I've been experiencing constant bluescreens whenever I try to record anything. I've been noticing much more frequent crashes since the start of this year, but the issue has gotten worse recently, and my most recent issues revolve around OBS specifically.

OBS never gave me any issues whatsoever until this year. At first, I just experienced occasional crashes when I tried recording something and streaming it to Discord at the same time, but things got even worse after Windows updated around October 12th. Before, I was able to maintain a recording for a few hours at least, but now I can barely last 20 minutes before bluescreening - even when I'm just recording and not streaming. When my PC doesn't outright crash, other programs crash around it, like Vtube Studio or whatever game I'm playing at the time.

I've tried messing around with my settings, updating my NVIDIA drivers, activating Windows Game Mode, deactivating HAGS, and switching my video encoder and my recording settings, but nothing seems to be helping. It's possible that this might be an issue with some other driver or even my hardware, but I figured asking here would at least help me narrow down what's happening here.

I've included a log file that I'm pretty sure corresponds to my latest crash, as well as screenshots of my current recording settings - I went back and forth between Simple and Advanced to see if that made a difference. It didn't. I'm also including a dump file that I analyzed using WinDBG, which might help with figuring out if this is even a problem with OBS itself or my computer in general. If it's not OBS causing the problem, then I'd appreciate any advice for where to go from here.

Also, if it helps, my computer's specs are:
PROCESSOR: 11th Gen Intel Core i7-11700F @ 2.50 GHz
RAM: 16 GB
GRAPHICS CARD: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

Bluescreens are not something that could be directly caused by OBS, those indicate a hardware/driver problem. I'd recommend reaching out to more generalized tech support that is not OBS related to troubleshoot.
