Exempt scene from Automatic Scene Switcher

I'm trying telling the Automatic Scene Switcher to switch to a window not active scene whenever I alt tab my games. But I want to make an exeption for what basically amounts to an AFK scene so whenever I manually activate that it keeps it active until I again manually switch away from the AFK scene.

Anybody got any ideas on how to do this?
