I've searched up and down and unfortunately have come to no resolve. Has there been a proved method to exclude Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Google Chrome audio from playing on stream? I generally like to play this choice game while watching content published on Youtube and Twitch, and would prefer the audio not play on stream.

No. You might be able to place your game's audio on a VAC or VB-Audio line though, if it allows you to select the audio device it should use.
Really though, if you're streaming, your attention really should be on your stream. Not on watching other people's content.
