Question / Help "Excellent settings", 30mbit/s upload, ~20-30sec delay?

Hi there! So I was wondering why I have such high delay? I've read about having 2-15 seconds, which is normal, but my delay is astronomical.

Are there any settings I have missed/misconfigured that may cause this? I'll list my settings if necessary, obviously.

If you are streaming to Twitch, 20-30 seconds is normal, the delay is due to their new video delivery system, there's really nothing that can be done about it.

The delay is bad, but I can't get over the buffering thing that seems to constantly happen now during high traffic times.

Both the delay and buffering are on Twitch's end of things. Buffering just means you aren't able to get data from Twitch as fast as the streamer is sending it out.

Try lowering bitrate if you're having buffering problems, by the way. I'm using 1800 with 720p@30fps and it's working great 99% of the time :)
