Excellent Connection, But No Video/Audio

I recently switched to OBS from Streamlabs OBS (Issues with CPU usage). I am using version 27.1 for the YouTube integration. I have no problem with Create New Broadcast, everything works perfectly. However, when I Select Existing Broadcast, and Select Broadcast and Start Streaming, nothing gets sent over to YouTube. It does say there is an Excellent Connection, but it also says I need to Connect Streaming Software to Go Live. Any thoughts from anyone on this?

Update
I was able to start a stream, with OBS sending streaming data over to YouTube. However, it was only when I used the Live Stream option, instead of the Schedule Stream option. (So, the red button on top, instead of the Manage button on bottom. This is definitely better, since I can change description and add thumbnail easily before I go live. However, I would like to be able to schedule streams at least a few hours before.

Solved.

I disabled the Enable Auto Start. Once I did that, my stream came through to YouTube. I did have to go through the extra step of hitting the Go Live button, but I'm totally fine with that. Hopefully this helps someone else out.

This is super annoying and seems to still be an issue, and there is no "Enable Auto Start" option anymore, it is presumably just on by default. Does anyone know how this issue can be communicated to YouTube?
