Question / Help Everytime I stream perodically, my stream will freeze

So for starters, I'm encoding at x264 encoder. My Max Bitrate is 3500 with my Buffer Size the same as well. What'll happen is while I'm streaming, my whole stream will just completly freeze. At this time, I experience 0 FPS issues on my side or Latency issues. Any suggestions? Let me know if you require more information I will be happy to provide it.

Just realized I forgot my log file, here it is. http://pastebin.com/DYw768Hv

Can anyone help me out on this?

hit preview on your stream while gaming.
push ctrl + shift + esc and click on the performance tab, keep an eye on the cpu while gaming, you want it to be below 85% cpu if you spike once or twice above it for a very short burst, thats ok, but steadily above isn't going to work out well.
to reduce the cpu usage set the preset faster, if you've got head room try a slower preset. target area being 75 - 80/85% usage.
slower the preset the higher the clarity is but uses up more cpu.

if you arent partner, theres no reason to use above 2,500kbps and you likely never want to stream in 1080p since nobody watches twitch in full screen so the compressed video ends up looking somewhat bad.

personally i'd go with the i7-4770k with the new z97 chipset motherboards. that way you've future proofed yourself for a good while.
